All sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, We do not accept returns of products.
Exception:
You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded. To request a refund, contact us at colaobeauty@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
For any requests for a refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at colaobeauty@gmail.com including details of:
a) your name;
b) your geographical address;
c) the order number and reason for the request;
d) your phone number; and email address.
e) picture of damaged products.
